Unfortunately, because our fragrances fall under personal care, health and beauty products, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

This is why we offer sample sizes of our fragrances in order to give you the opportunity to investigate and survey the quality and strength of our products and then, make a definite decision to purchase in larger quantity.

Sale items cannot be refunded as well.
